ELAVL1 Antibody Human Ovarian Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemical analysis of FFPE human ovarian cancer tissue using ELAVL1 Antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed in pH 8.0 EDTA buffer prior to incubation with the primary antibody (1:100) overnight at 4°C. An HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with DAB chromogen was used for visualization. Strong, widespread nuclear staining is observed throughout the tumor cells with only limited cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, consistent with the predominant nuclear localization of ELAVL1 under basal conditions. These results demonstrate that ELAVL1 Antibody, an ELAV Like RNA Binding Protein 1 Antibody, specifically detects endogenous ELAVL1 in FFPE human ovarian cancer tissue.

ELAVL1 Antibody HeLa Cell IF. Immunofluorescent staining of HeLa cells using ELAVL1 Antibody together with alpha tubulin antibody. Cells underwent enzyme-mediated antigen retrieval for 15 minutes before incubation with ELAVL1 Antibody at 5 ug/mL and an alpha tubulin antibody overnight at 4°C. A Fluoro488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody was used to detect ELAVL1 (green), while a Cy3-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody labeled alpha tubulin (red). Prominent nuclear localization of ELAVL1 is observed with comparatively weaker cytoplasmic staining, consistent with its role as a nucleocytoplasmic RNA-binding protein that regulates messenger RNA stability. ELAVL1 Antibody Rat Colon Cancer Model WB. Western blot analysis of ELAVL1 Antibody using lysates from 1) normal rat colon tissue, 2) normal rat colon tissue, 3) rat colon cancer model tissue, and 4) rat colon cancer model tissue. Samples (30 ug/lane) were separated on an 8% SDS-PAGE gel under reducing conditions, transferred to a membrane, and detected with ELAVL1 Antibody at a 1:2000 dilution followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody and ECL detection. A specific band is observed at approximately 36–38 kDa, with stronger ELAVL1 expression in the rat colon cancer model samples than in normal colon tissue. Actin served as the loading control. These results demonstrate that ELAVL1 Antibody, an ELAV Like RNA Binding Protein 1 Antibody, specifically detects endogenous ELAVL1 and can distinguish differential expression associated with colorectal tumorigenesis.

ELAVL1 Antibody recognizes ELAV Like RNA Binding Protein 1 (ELAVL1), an RNA-binding protein that plays a fundamental role in post-transcriptional gene regulation by controlling messenger RNA stability, localization, and translation.
