EHHADH is a bifunctional enzyme and is one of the four enzymes of the peroxisomal beta-oxidation pathway. The N-terminal region of the encoded protein contains enoyl-CoA hydratase activity while the C-terminal region contains 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the EHHADH antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 662-690 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the EHHADH protein antibody.
Aliquot the EHHADH antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
