DYRK3 Antibody / Dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase 3 Antibody detects DYRK3, a member of the DYRK family of protein kinases. DYRK enzymes undergo regulatory tyrosine autophosphorylation during maturation and commonly phosphorylate serine or threonine residues in their substrates. DYRK3 has been linked to cellular responses involving protein organization, stress adaptation, and the regulation of condensates formed by proteins and RNA. Its kinase activity provides a mechanism for altering the behavior of molecular assemblies without necessarily changing their constituent proteins.
Cells organize some biochemical reactions within membrane-free compartments produced through multivalent molecular interactions. These structures can form or dissolve in response to phosphorylation and changes in the intracellular environment. DYRK3 has been implicated in the dissolution of selected stress-associated condensates and in coordinating their behavior during cell-cycle transitions. These findings connect kinase signaling with the physical organization of cytoplasmic components. The effects of DYRK3 depend on its substrates and the state of the cell, and should not be assumed to apply uniformly to every biomolecular condensate. The Dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase 3 Antibody designation refers to this same molecular target.
DYRK3 has also been investigated in erythroid and hematopoietic contexts, reflecting the broader diversity of DYRK-family signaling. Related kinases such as DYRK1A and DYRK2 share conserved catalytic features but differ in regulation and biological roles. Understanding DYRK3 requires distinguishing its established kinase activity from proposed downstream functions in particular systems. NSJ Bioreagents includes DYRK3 among its protein kinase and cellular signaling targets. A DYRK3 Antibody provides a way to investigate the biological role of DYRK3 and the molecular processes associated with this target.
