Description

Dynamin-3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNM3 gene. This gene encodes a member of a family of guanosine triphosphate (GTP)-binding proteins that associate with microtubules and are involved in vesicular transport. The encoded protein functions in the development of megakaryocytes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Dynamin 3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

An E. coli-derived human protein (amino acids N295-N712) was used as the immunogen for the Dynamin 3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Dynamin 3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
