Description

DLL3 inhibits primary neurogenesis. May be required to divert neurons along a specific differentiation pathway. Plays a role in the formation of somite boundaries during segmentation of the paraxial mesoderm (By similarity). [UniProt]

Application Notes

Titration of the DLL3 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

A portion of amino acids 519-548 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this DLL3 antibody.
