Description

DGKZ belongs to the eukaryotic diacylglycerol kinase family. It may attenuate protein kinase C activity by regulating diacylglycerol levels in intracellular signaling cascade and signal transduction.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the DGKZ antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 989-1019 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the DGKZ antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the DGKZ antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
