Description

Disheveled-associated activator of morphogenesis 1 binds to disheveled (Dvl) and Rho, and mediates Wnt-induced Dvl-Rho complex formation. [UniProt]

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the DAAM1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 341-370 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the DAAM1 antibody.

Storage
