Description

Cytokeratin 4 (KRT4) is an intermediate filament protein that is expressed in suprabasal cells of non-keratinized stratified squamous epithelium of esophagus, cornea, anus, larynx, pharynx and tongue.

Application Notes

Immunogen

An E.coli-derived human recombinant protein (amino acids N170-S427) was used as the immunogen for the Cytokeratin 4 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Cytokeratin 4 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
