Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4 (CSPG4), commonly known as NG2 or melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (MCSP), is a multifunctional transmembrane proteoglycan involved in cellular signaling, extracellular matrix interaction, migration, and tumor-associated microenvironment regulation.
