CLEC1B is a C-type lectin-like receptor which is expressed in myeloid cells as well as in NK cells.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the CLEC1B antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 44-78 from human CLEC1B was used as the immunogen for the CLEC1B antibody.
