Description

Pyridoxal 5-prime-phosphate (PLP) is the active form of vitamin B6 that acts as a coenzyme in maintaining biochemical homeostasis. The preferred degradation route from PLP to 4-pyridoxic acid involves the dephosphorylation of PLP by PDXP.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the Chronophin antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-R189) was used as the immunogen for the Chronophin antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the Chronophin antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
