Description

Cofilin is a widely distributed intracellular actin-modulating protein that binds and depolymerizes filamentous F-actin and inhibits the polymerization of monomeric G-actin in a pH-dependent manner.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the CFL1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 70-98 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the CFL1 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the CFL1 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
