Cerebellar degeneration-related protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDR1 gene. Autoantibodies directed against the protein encoded by this intronless gene have been found in some patients with paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration. The encoded protein contains several hexapeptide repeats.
Optimal dilution of the CDR1 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-R152) was used as the immunogen for the CDR1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the CDR1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
