Cell division cycle protein 123 homolog is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDC123 gene. It is mapped to chromosome 10p14-p13. CDC123 is predicted to function as an assembly factor for eukaryotic translation initiation factor-2, which recruits initiator met-tRNA to the 40S ribosome to begin protein synthesis.
Optimal dilution of the CDC123 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
A human recombinant partial protein (amino acids M1-D336) was used as the immunogen for the CDC123 antibody.
After reconstitution, the CDC123 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
