Description

CD9 is involved in platelet activation and aggregation. Regulates paranodal junction formation. Involved in cell adhesion, cell motility and tumor metastasis. Required for sperm-egg fusion. [UniProt]

Application Notes

Titration of the CD9 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 115-145 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this CD9 antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the CD9 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
