CD50 Antibody rICAM3/1019 in Jurkat T Lymphocytes WB. Western blot analysis of human Jurkat T-cell lysate using CD50 Antibody, clone rICAM3/1019. A distinct high-molecular-weight band is detected at approximately 110-120 kDa, consistent with mature ICAM3/CD50. Although the unglycosylated protein has a substantially lower calculated molecular weight, CD50 is an extensively N-glycosylated cell-surface glycoprotein and is reported to migrate at approximately 120 kDa. The result demonstrates detection of endogenous LFA-1 Ligand CD50 in a human T-lymphocyte cell line.

Purified CD50 Antibody rICAM3/1019 SDS-PAGE. SDS-PAGE analysis of 2 ug purified, BSA-free recombinant CD50 Antibody, clone rICAM3/1019, under non-reducing (NR) and reducing (R) conditions. The non-reduced sample shows the intact immunoglobulin migrating near approximately 150 kDa, while reduction produces the expected antibody heavy and light chain components at approximately 50 and 25 kDa, respectively. This analysis provides confirmation of the integrity and purity of the recombinant LFA-1 Ligand CD50 Antibody preparation.

CD50 Antibody rICAM3/1019 in Human Tonsil IHC. Immunohistochemistry staining of FFPE human tonsil tissue with CD50 Antibody, clone rICAM3/1019. Tissue sections underwent HIER by boiling in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9, for 20 min followed by cooling before testing. The image shows positive staining among lymphoid cells, with heterogeneous staining intensity across the tissue. This pattern is consistent with detection of the leukocyte-associated LFA-1 Ligand CD50 in human tonsil.
