CD50 Antibody CG106 recognizes the D1 domain of an N-glycosylated glycoprotein of 120kDa with intra-chain disulfide bonds, identified as CD50 or ICAM-3 (Leucocyte Workshop VI). CD50 is the major ligand for LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and may have signaling role to increase adhesion. It is expressed on thymocytes and T lymphocytes and is resistant to treatment with phosphatidylinositol (PI) phospholipase C.
For a recombinant monoclonal option with additional validation data, see our CD50 Antibody rICAM3/1019 / LFA-1 Ligand CD50 Antibody page.
Optimal dilution of the CD50 Antibody CG106 should be determined by the researcher.
Stimulated human leukocytes were used as the immunogen for the CD50 Antibody CG106.
Store the CD50 Antibody CG106 at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
