CD34 is a monomeric cell surface antigen with a molecular mass of approximately 110 kD that is selectively expressed on human hematopoietic progenitor cells.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the CD34 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 185-212 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this CD34 antibody.
