Description

The protein encoded by this gene is essential for T-cell proliferation and survival, cytokine production, and T-helper type-2 development. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the CD28 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids Q15-D214) was used as the immunogen for the CD28 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the CD28 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
