CD19 Antibody Human Hodgkin's Lymphoma IHC. Immunohistochemistry analysis of FFPE human Hodgkin's lymphoma tissue using CD19 Antibody (clone AOFO-3). Heat induced antigen retrieval was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 6 citrate buffer for 20 minutes prior to staining. Positive membranous staining is observed in lymphoid cell populations, consistent with CD19 expression as a B cell lineage marker. These results support the use of CD19 Antibody (clone AOFO-3) for studying B lymphocyte identification, hematologic cancer research and immune cell marker expression.
