CAMK2A Antibody Rat and Mouse Brain WB. Western blot testing of 1) rat brain and 2) mouse brain tissue lysates with CAMK2A antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Immunoreactive bands are detected at approximately 54 and 60 kDa, consistent with the expected molecular weight of CAMK2A and its phosphorylated or post-translationally modified forms. The results demonstrate specific detection of Calcium/Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase II Alpha (CAMK2A), a serine/threonine kinase that regulates synaptic plasticity, learning, memory, and neuronal signal transduction in the central nervous system.
