Description

This antibody reacts to the BAG-1L (p50) isoform of human BAG-1. It does not cross react to BAG-1M or BAG-1S.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant BAG-1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A peptide corresponding to residues near the N-terminus of the human BAG-1L isoform was used as the immunogen for the BAG-1 antibody.

Storage

Store the recombinant BAG-1 antibody at -20oC.
