Description

This ATG3 gene encodes a ubiquitin-like-conjugating enzyme and is a component of ubiquitination-like systems involved in autophagy, the process of degradation, turnover and recycling of cytoplasmic constituents in eukaryotic cells. And the protein is known to play a role in regulation of autophagy during cell death. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 20. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

Optimal dilution of the ATG3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

A recombinant human protein corresponding to amino acids M1-T244 was used as the immunogen for the ATG3 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the ATG3 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
