ATF1 Antibody Human Rectal Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemical analysis of ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody in FFPE human rectal cancer tissue following heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 8 EDTA buffer. The section was incubated with ATF1 antibody and detected using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB chromogen. Positive nuclear staining is observed in rectal cancer cells, consistent with the transcriptional activity of ATF1. This ATF1 Antibody, an Activating Transcription Factor 1 antibody, is suitable for investigating transcriptional regulation, signal transduction and cancer biology.
ATF1 Antibody Human A431 Cell IF. Immunofluorescence analysis of ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody in FFPE human A431 cells following heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6 citrate buffer. ATF1 was detected with a green fluorescent secondary antibody, while nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Predominantly nuclear staining is observed, consistent with the function of Activating Transcription Factor 1 as a DNA-binding transcription factor. This ATF1 Antibody, an Activating Transcription Factor 1 antibody, is suitable for investigating protein localization, transcriptional regulation and intracellular signaling.
ATF1 Antibody Human Cancer Cell WB. Western blot analysis of ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody detected a prominent band between approximately 29 and 35 kDa in human HepG2 (lane 1), HeLa (lane 2) and SW620 (lane 3) cell lysates, consistent with the routinely observed molecular weight of ATF1. The membrane was incubated with ATF1 antibody followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody for chemiluminescent detection. This ATF1 Antibody, an Activating Transcription Factor 1 antibody, is suitable for detecting endogenous ATF1 in human cancer cell lysates for studies of transcriptional regulation and cellular signaling.
ATF1 Antibody Human K562 FACS. Flow cytometric analysis of fixed and permeabilized human K562 cells stained with ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody at 1 ug/million cells. Red: cells alone; Green: isotype control; Blue: ATF1 antibody. The clear rightward shift of the ATF1 antibody population demonstrates specific detection of endogenous ATF1. This ATF1 Antibody, an Activating Transcription Factor 1 antibody, is suitable for flow cytometric analysis of intracellular ATF1 expression in human cells.
ATF1 Antibody Human Rectal Cancer Tissue IHC. Immunohistochemical analysis of ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody in FFPE human rectal cancer tissue following heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 8 EDTA buffer. The section was incubated with ATF1 antibody at 1 ug/ml and detected using a biotinylated secondary antibody with streptavidin-biotin complex and DAB chromogen. Positive nuclear staining is observed in rectal cancer cells, consistent with the transcriptional activity of ATF1. This ATF1 Antibody, an Activating Transcription Factor 1 antibody, is suitable for investigating transcriptional regulation, cellular signaling and cancer biology.
ATF1 Antibody Human Lung Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemical analysis of ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody in FFPE human lung cancer tissue following heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 8 EDTA buffer. The section was incubated with ATF1 antibody at 1 ug/ml and detected using a biotinylated secondary antibody with streptavidin-biotin complex and DAB chromogen. Description

ATF1 Antibody / Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody recognizes Activating Transcription Factor 1 (ATF1), a basic leucine zipper DNA-binding protein that belongs to the CREB/ATF family of transcription factors. ATF1 regulates gene expression by binding cyclic AMP response elements within target promoters after dimerizing with itself or related proteins such as CREB and CREM. Its transcriptional activity is controlled by phosphorylation downstream of cyclic AMP, protein kinase A and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways, allowing ATF1 to coordinate diverse cellular responses. NSJ Bioreagents offers ATF1 antibodies for research on transcriptional regulation, signal transduction and disease mechanisms.

Activating Transcription Factor 1 participates in the regulation of genes involved in proliferation, differentiation, metabolism, apoptosis and cellular stress responses. The protein has been implicated in oncogenic signaling through recurrent gene fusions, including EWSR1-ATF1 and FUS-ATF1, which are associated with several human malignancies. ATF1 also contributes to immune regulation, neuronal function and adaptation to environmental stress, making it an important research target across multiple biological disciplines.

Researchers frequently investigate ATF1 expression to understand how extracellular signals regulate transcriptional networks and downstream biological responses. Studies examine interactions between Activating Transcription Factor 1 and other CREB family proteins, transcriptional coactivators and chromatin-associated regulators. Measuring ATF1 abundance and localization provides valuable insight into cell signaling, transcriptional control and molecular mechanisms underlying normal physiology and disease.

An ATF1 Antibody is an effective reagent for detecting Activating Transcription Factor 1 by Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry and related immunoassays. An Activating Transcription Factor 1 Antibody supports studies of transcriptional regulation, CREB signaling, cellular stress responses and gene expression.
