Description

The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the synthesis of asparagine. This gene complements a mutation in the temperature-sensitive hamster mutant ts11, which blocks progression through the G1 phase of the cell cycle at nonpermissive temperature. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described for this gene.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the ASNS antibody should be determined by the researcher.

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-D531) was used as the immunogen for the ASNS antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the ASNS antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
