Description

AS3MT catalyzes the transfer of a methyl group from S-adenosyl-L-methionine (AdoMet) to trivalent arsenical and may play a role in arsenic metabolism. This gene is mapped to chromosome 10q24.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the As3mt antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant mouse protein (amino acids M1-D346) was used as the immunogen for the As3mt antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the As3mt antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
