CYP19A1/Aromatase is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. It catalyzes the formation of aromatic C18 estrogens from C19 androgens.
Titration of the Aromatase antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
