APOA5 is an apolipoprotein and an important determinant of plasma triglyceride levels, a major risk factor for coronary artery disease. It is a component of high density lipoprotein and is highly similar to a rat protein that is upregulated in response to liver injury.
Titration of the APOA5 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 22-52 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this APOA5 antibody.
Aliquot the APOA5 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
