ANXA3 Antibody Human Thyroid Cancer IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human thyroid cancer tissue using ANXA3 antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed in pH 8.0 EDTA buffer before incubation with ANXA3 antibody at 2 ug/ml. An HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB chromogen was used for visualization. Tumor cells exhibit strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining, consistent with the membrane-associated localization of Annexin A3. This ANXA3 Antibody, also called Annexin A3 Antibody, is suitable for studies of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding, membrane trafficking, inflammation, and cancer biology.
ANXA3 Antibody Human Placenta IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human placental tissue using ANXA3 antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed by boiling tissue sections in pH 8.0 EDTA buffer for 20 minutes followed by cooling before incubation with the primary antibody. An HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB chromogen was used for visualization. Trophoblast cells display distinct cytoplasmic and membranous staining, consistent with the membrane-associated localization of Annexin A3 in placental tissue. This ANXA3 Antibody, also called Annexin A3 Antibody, is suitable for studies of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding, membrane trafficking, inflammation, and cancer biology.
ANXA3 Antibody Human Colon Adenocarcinoma IHC. Immunohistochemical staining of FFPE human colon adenocarcinoma tissue using ANXA3 antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval was performed in pH 8.0 EDTA buffer before incubation with ANXA3 antibody at 2 ug/ml. An HRP-conjugated secondary antibody with DAB chromogen was used for visualization. Tumor cells display cytoplasmic and membranous staining with variable intensity, consistent with the membrane-associated localization of Annexin A3. This ANXA3 Antibody, also called Annexin A3 Antibody, is suitable for studies of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding, membrane trafficking, inflammation, and cancer biology.
ANXA3 Antibody Human Cancer Cell WB. Western blot analysis of Annexin A3 expression in human cancer cell lines using ANXA3 antibody. Lane 1: A431; Lane 2: CACO-2; Lane 3: A549; Lane 4: HeLa. Proteins were resolved on a 5–20% SDS-PAGE gel, transferred to nitrocellulose, and the membrane was incubated with ANXA3 antibody at 0.5 ug/ml followed by an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody. A specific band was detected at the expected molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa in all cell lines examined. This ANXA3 Antibody, also called Annexin A3 Antibody, is suitable for studies of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding, membrane trafficking, inflammation, and cancer biology.
ANXA3 Antibody HepG2 Cell FACS. Flow cytometric analysis of fixed and permeabilized HepG2 cells using ANXA3 antibody. Cells were incubated with ANXA3 antibody at 1 ug/10^6 cells followed by a DyLight 488-conjugated secondary antibody. The blue histogram (ANXA3 antibody) shows a pronounced rightward shift relative to the mouse IgG isotype control (green) and the unstained control (red), demonstrating specific detection of endogenous Annexin A3 expression. This ANXA3 Antibody, also called Annexin A3 Antibody, is suitable for studies of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding, membrane trafficking, inflammation, and cancer biology.

Description

ANXA3 Antibody / Annexin A3 Antibody recognizes Annexin A3, a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein encoded by the ANXA3 gene. As a member of the annexin family, Annexin A3 associates reversibly with cellular membranes in response to intracellular calcium, allowing it to regulate membrane organization, vesicle transport, membrane fusion, and signal transduction. These activities enable Annexin A3 to participate in numerous physiological processes involving membrane remodeling and intracellular trafficking. Consequently, ANXA3 Antibody is widely used to investigate membrane dynamics and calcium-regulated cellular functions.

Annexin A3 is expressed in a variety of epithelial, endothelial, and immune cell types, where it contributes to secretion, endocytosis, exocytosis, cell migration, and inflammatory responses. The protein has also been implicated in angiogenesis, tissue repair, and regulation of innate immune function, particularly within neutrophils and other myeloid cells. Through its interactions with phospholipids and signaling proteins, Annexin A3 helps coordinate cellular adaptation to changing environmental conditions and intracellular calcium levels.

Numerous studies have reported altered ANXA3 expression in human malignancies, including gastric, colorectal, lung, liver, breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers. Depending on the tumor type, increased Annexin A3 expression has been associated with tumor progression, invasion, metastasis, angiogenesis, and resistance to chemotherapy. These observations have generated considerable interest in ANXA3 as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. ANXA3 Antibody is therefore frequently used in studies examining cancer biology, biomarker discovery, therapeutic response, and disease progression.

Annexin A3 is commonly analyzed by Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry to evaluate protein expression and subcellular localization. An ANXA3 Antibody is a valuable research tool for investigating Annexin A3 biology, calcium-dependent phospholipid interactions, membrane trafficking, inflammatory signaling, angiogenesis, and cancer-associated molecular mechanisms.
