Description

STAMBPL1 is zinc metalloprotease that specifically cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. Does not cleave 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitin chains.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the AMSH-like protease antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 135-163 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the AMSH-like protease antibody.

Storage

Aliquot the AMSH-like protease antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
