Acyl-CoA binding domain-containing 7 (ACBD7) is a paralog gene of the diazepam-binding inhibitor/Acyl-CoA binding protein in which single nucleotide polymorphism has been associated with obesity in humans (1).
Titration of the ACBD7 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 60-88 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this ACBD7 antibody.
Aliquot the ACBD7 antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
