Description

Arylacetamide deacetylation is an important enzyme activity in the metabolic activation of arylamine substrates to ultimate carcinogens.

Application Notes

Titration of the AADAC antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 273-300 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this AADAC antibody.
