Alpha-1B-glycoprotein is a plasma glycoprotein of unknown function. The protein shows sequence similarity to the variable regions of some immunoglobulin supergene family member proteins.
Titration of the A1BG antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 421-449 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this A1BG antibody.
