Western blot analysis of PCNA Proliferation Marker antibody in multi-species skin lysates. Western blot was performed using PCNA Proliferation Marker antibody (clone PCNA/13725R) on human skin, mouse skin, rat skin, hamster skin, guinea pig skin, and rabbit skin tissue lysates. A clear immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 29 kDa in all species tested, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen. The conserved band size across species reflects the high sequence conservation of PCNA among mammals. The detected signal corresponds to the predicted molecular weight under reducing conditions. PCNA is a nuclear replication factor expressed in proliferating cells within skin tissue, and the consistent band pattern supports specific recognition of endogenous PCNA across multiple mammalian species.

HRP-DAB brown chromogenic signal is predominantly localized to vascular endothelial cells across multiple normal tissues, highlighting membranous staining along blood vessel linings. In cancer specimens, staining delineates tumor-associated vasculature with variable microvessel density depending on tumor type. Non-endothelial stromal and epithelial components generally show minimal background staining. Nuclei are counterstained blue. The observed staining distribution is consistent with established endothelial expression patterns reported in public expression datasets, including the Human Protein Atlas

Western blot was performed using MDR1 / Multidrug resistance protein 1 antibody (clone ABCB1/9307) on human kidney and human liver tissue lysates. A prominent immunoreactive band is detected at approximately 170 kDa in both tissues, consistent with the predicted molecular weight of ABCB1, commonly referred to as p170 or P-glycoprotein. The observed band appears slightly diffuse, which is consistent with the heavily glycosylated nature of MDR1 and its membrane-associated localization. The detected signal aligns with the predicted molecular weight under reducing conditions.
