Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1, also called FLT1, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FLT1 gene. sFLT-1 was identified in placenta, adult lung, kidney, liver and uterus. Like other members of this family, it shows tyrosine protein kinase activity that is important for the control of cell proliferation and differentiation.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the VEGFR1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
An amino acid sequence from the N-terminus of rat VEGF Receptor 1 (IRQRIDQSNPHSNVFHSVLKI) was used as the immunogen for this VEGFR1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the VEGFR1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
