UNC93B is part of the innate immune response via its direct interaction with the intracellular toll-like receptors TLR3, 7, and 9. UNC93B aids in the trafficing of these TLRs from the ER to the endolysosomes, where they bind ligands and initiate immune response. In the absence of UNC93B, these TLRs are unable to respond to foreign stimuli.
Provided assay concentrations are suggestions only, antibody titration may be required for optimal results.
A recombinant protein fragment from the C-terminal portion of UNC93B was used as the immunogen for this antibody.
Aliquot the antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
