Twinfilin-1, also called Protein tyrosine kinase 9 (PTK9), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TWF1 gene. This gene encodes twinfilin, an actin monomer-binding protein conserved from yeast to mammals. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this protein may be an actin monomer-binding protein, and its localization to cortical G-actin-rich structures may be regulated by the small GTPase RAC1.

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids H116-D350) was used as the immunogen for the Twinfilin 1 antibody.
After reconstitution, the Twinfilin 1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
