Tristetraprolin (TTP), or ZFP36, is a probable regulatory protein with a novel zinc finger structure involved in regulating the response to growth factors. It has been experimentally shown to be able to bind zinc.
Titration of the TTP antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 116-142 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this Tristetraprolin / TTP antibody.
Aliquot the TTP antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
