Testis-specific Y-encoded protein 1/2/3/4 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TSPY genes 1-4. The protein encoded by this gene may be involved in spermatogenesis. Many functional paralogs and pseudogenes of this gene are present in a cluster in humans, but only a single, nonfunctional orthologous gene is found in mouse. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Optimal dilution of the TSPY1/2/3/4 antibody should be determined by the researcher.
E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids R16-R247) was used as the immunogen for the TSPY1/2/3/4 antibody.
After reconstitution, the TSPY1/2/3/4 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
