Transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 7, also known as TRP7, is a human gene encoding a protein named TRPC7. It is the most abundantly expressed long TRPC in peripheral blood and in some blood cell lines. TRPC7 is a calcium-permeable cation channel that is regulated by free intracellular ADP-ribose. It is activated by oxidative stress and confers susceptibility to cell death.
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the TRPC7 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Human partial recombinant protein (AA 716-862) was used as the immunogen for this TRPC7 antibody.
After reconstitution, the TRPC7 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
