Description

Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase Receptor Type 3, also known as TRKC, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NTRK3 gene. TrkC is preferentially expressed in the brain; in situ hybridization studies showed transcripts in the hippocampus, cerebral cortex, and the granular cell layer of the cerebellum.

Application Notes

Titration of the TrkC antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

Amino acids 167-182 (DIRWMQLWQEQGEAKL-human) were used as the immunogen for this TrkC antibody.

Storage

The TrkC antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC to -20oC. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeat freeze/thaws.
