Description

TOX high mobility group box family member 2 (TOX2), also known as Granulosa cell HMG box protein 1 (GCX-1), is a human gene. Enables transcription coactivator activity. Involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in nucleoplasm.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the TOX2 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q41-A425) was used as the immunogen for the TOX2 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the TOX2 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
