Description

The protein encoded by this gene contains a THAP domain, which is a conserved DNA-binding domain that has striking similarity to the site-specific DNA-binding domain (DBD) of Drosophila P element transposases.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the THAP11 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids M1-E294) was used as the immunogen for the THAP11 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the THAP11 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
