The recombinant H4R3me1 antibody specifically reacts to Histone H4 monomethylated at Arginine 3 (R3me1). No cross reactivity with unmodified Argi3 (R3 ctrl), asymmetric dimethylated Arg3 (R3me2a) or symmetric dimethylated Arg3 (R3me2s), and citrullinated Arg3 (R3Cit) in H4.

This recombinant H4R3me1 antibody reacts to Histone H4 monomethylated at Arginine 3 (R3me1). No cross reactivity with unmodified Arginine 3, asymmetric or symmetric dimethylated Arginine 3, and citrullinated Arginine 3 in Histone H4.

Application Notes

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant H4R3me1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A monomethyl-peptide corresponding to Monomethyl-Histone H4 (Arg3) was used as the immunogen for this recombinant H4R3me1 antibody.

Storage

Store the recombinant H4R3me1 antibody at -20oC (with glycerol) or aliquot and store at -20oC (without glycerol).
