Glypican-3 is a proteoglycan that bears heparan sulfate. Inhibits the dipeptidyl peptidase activity of DPP4. May be involved in the suppression/modulation of growth in the predominantly mesodermal tissues and organs. May play a role in the modulation of IGF2 interactions with its receptor and thereby modulate its function. May regulate growth and tumor predisposition. [UniProt]

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the recombinant Glypican-3 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.

A full length human protein was used as the immunogen for the recombinant Glypican-3 antibody.

Storage

Store the recombinant Glypican-3 antibody at 2-8oC (with azide) or aliquot and store at -20oC or colder (without azide).
