Description

Ras-related GTP-binding protein 43 (RAB43) is a member ofthe Rassuperfamily. RAB43 is mainly located in endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi, and plays a role as a key regulator of vesicle movement, signal transduction and tethering membrane eventsin membrane trafficking.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the RAB43 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

E. coli-derived recombinant human protein (amino acids Q14-E206) was used as the immunogen for the RAB43 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the RAB43 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
