Description

PR domain zinc finger protein 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PRDM5 gene. It is mapped to 4q27. The protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factor of the PR-domain protein family. It contains a PR-domain and multiple zinc finger motifs. Transcription factors of the PR-domain family are known to be involved in cell differentiation and tumorigenesis.

Application Notes

Optimal dilution of the PRDM5 antibody should be determined by the researcher.

Immunogen

Recombinant human protein (amino acids Y24-S630) was used as the immunogen for the PRDM5 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PRDM5 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
