Description

Hydrolyzes the toxic metabolites of a variety of organophosphorus insecticides. Capable of hydrolyzing a broad spectrum of organophosphate substrates and lactones, and a number of aromatic carboxylic acid esters. Mediates an enzymatic protection of low density lipoproteins against oxidative modification. [UniProt]

Immunogen

Mouse PON1 recombinant protein (amino acids A30-D274) was used as the immunogen for the PON1 antibody.

Storage

After reconstitution, the PON1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20oC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
