Description

Secretory Phospholipase A2 is thought to participate in the regulation of the phospholipid metabolism in biomembranes including eicosanoid biosynthesis. Catalyzes the calcium-dependent hydrolysis of the 2- acyl groups in 3-sn-phosphoglycerides.
