Description

The PAX genes, including PAX1, are a highly conserved family of developmental control genes that encode transcription factors and have been shown to play a role in pattern formation during embryogenesis in vertebrates.

Application Notes

Titration of the PAX1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.

Immunogen

A portion of amino acids 443-471 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this PAX1 antibody.

Storage
